That's probably the worst feeling. Feeling this depth of emotion that you once upon a time so strongly pursued and were entangled in, then realizing it has left you completely. The passion you once felt has vanished, but still beneath all the disappearing, false hope, there is a small blossom of affection for what once was and will never be again. Such a sorrowful dilemma that I hate to imagine or even think of. But it is so real for so many people. They've lost such a vibrant dream, and even remembering is painful. The art of letting go, that's the key they say. But I wonder if the people who say that have ever actually felt it. I wonder if they practice what they preach...
